Shipping and Delivery
All orders qualify for complimentary insured shipping with tracking & signature! 

All Pink Kimberley diamond orders are shipped out by certified postal couriers. 

 

You do not have to pay any INSURANCE or EXTRA COVER as this service is provided by us complimentary until delivery. The package is fully TRACKED, INSURED, with SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY required.

If the item is customised in anyway (including ring/finger sizing), then please allow up to an extra 2-8 weeks for the item to be crafted. 

 

Our customer service agents will liaise with you with an approximate wait time after purchase. Otherwise, please allow up to 3 business days for the item to be shipped. All items will be shipped out of our Sydney office (2000).

Australian Shipping Addresses 

Courier Service: Startrack or Australia Post Express 

 

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, therefore please arrange to be at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. The courier will leave a card. Shipping estimates are usually between 1-5 business days. Large Capitol cities will receive their parcels within 1-2 days.

International Shipping Addresses 

Courier Service: FedEx 

 

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, therefore please arrange to be at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Otherwise a card will be left and you'll be able to pick up at your designated Fedex or Pickup Location Transit times are usually between 2 business days to 2 weeks (for rural areas). 

 

Please note that you will be liable for all customs duties and taxes levied by your home country. We are not responsible in paying off these extra fees.
